Gift Cards can be purchased online and delivered to your recipient right away or at a scheduled date. If you’d prefer a physical gift card, come see us at the MedSpa and we’d be happy to assist you!

Terms & Conditions

Gift Cards can be redeemed for any treatments or skincare products at Elysian MedSpa. Gift Cards have no cash trade value and are non-refundable.  They do not expire.

Elysian MedSpa does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen cards or any unauthorized use of the cards.  We reserve the right not to accept a gift card which we consider to be affected by fraud.
Purchase or use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which may be subject to change.  Gift card purchases are exempt from all promotional and discount codes or offers.
